Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your design, size, colour and customisation details before ordering.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including for custom-made or printed-to-order products.

If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement, or keep it and claim compensation for its reduced value. For a minor problem, we will provide a remedy at no cost within a reasonable time. If we cannot do so, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Other rights, including compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss, may also apply.

How to request help

Please contact AC Crew with proof of purchase and details of the problem. Photos can help us assess it. Original packaging is not required. We will explain the next steps and reimburse reasonable return postage costs if a product problem is confirmed.
